Class Menu:

  1. Seafood Stuffed Bell Peppers
    Learn how to prepare tender bell peppers stuffed with a savory blend of seafood, rice, and Cajun spices. These flavorful peppers are the perfect balance of hearty and fresh, packed with shrimp, crab, and a delicious seasoning mix.
  2. Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
    A true Louisiana classic! We’ll guide you through the steps of making a rich, flavorful Jambalaya with chicken, sausage, rice, and the perfect blend of Cajun spices. It’s the perfect one-pot dish that’s both comforting and full of bold flavors.
  3. Cajun Cake – Cake filled with Pineapple, Pecans, & Coconut
    For dessert, we’ll make a sweet and tropical Cajun Cake! Packed with pineapple, pecans, and coconut, this cake is the perfect balance of moist and flavorful, with a touch of Southern charm to round out your Cajun feast.
