LCI Facilities


Located at 10550 Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, LA, the Louisiana Culinary Institute is a state-of-the-art, approximately 40,000 square foot facility, which consists of up-to-date classrooms, including three (3) demonstration labs, one (1) bakery demonstration lab and one (1) baking project kitchen; a full service restaurant kitchen; one (1) project kitchen; a restaurant dining room; an Amphitheater with a residential kitchen; and a media center.

Commercial Kitchens


The LCI commercial kitchens feature the industry's best equipment, and each space is designed to ensure the best possible learning experience for our students. Since the majority of your time in culinary school is spent in the kitchen, LCI designed the commercial kitchens for the entire culinary process.

LCI strives to provide its students with the appropriate knowledge and skills in professional cooking techniques, sanitation, nutrition and day-to-day business operations to successfully operate and manage a food service facility. Facilities like our tiered lecture hall and demo kitchen allow our faculty to deliver on that promise.

Media Center


The LCI Media Center was designed and built as a flexible learning environment so our students can actively and effectively pursue information. The Media Center is stocked with the latest culinary content and is equipped with the latest computers for students to conduct customized and detailed research.
