Located at 10550 Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, LA, the Louisiana Culinary Institute is a state-of-the-art, approximately 40,000 square foot facility, which consists of up-to-date classrooms, including three (3) demonstration labs, one (1) bakery demonstration lab and one (1) baking project kitchen; a full service restaurant kitchen; one (1) project kitchen; a restaurant dining room; an Amphitheater with a residential kitchen; and a media center.
