LCI COMMERCIAL KITCHENS

Louisiana Culinary Institute’s purpose is to educate its students to become highly trained professionals in food service operations. LCI is committed to deliver on that mission and provides facilities that reflect the commercial kitchens in which our students will work. 

Our kitchens feature commercial industry equipment and each space is designed to ensure the best possible learning experience for our students. 

LCI is also equipped with one full-sized project kitchen and one baking project kitchen. These spacious working-spaces are designed to enable all students to work together. All kitchen appliances and tools are up-to-date and continuously maintained to ensure good working order.
