The Louisiana Culinary Institute’s
purpose is to educate its students to become highly trained professionals in food service operations. We believe that to deliver on that mission our facilities should reflect those commercial kitchens in which our students will eventually work. So we built several commercial kitchens inside our facility in which we train all our students.
Our kitchens feature the industry's best equipment, and each space is designed to ensure the best possible learning experience for our students. Since the majority of your time in culinary school is spent in the kitchen, LCI designed the commercial kitchens for the entire culinary process.
LCI is equipped with two full-sized project kitchens. Both are clean and spacious, and the workstations are designed to enable all students to work together. All the kitchen appliances and tools are up-to-date and in good working order.
