The LCI demo labs were designed with the active culinary student in mind. Inside the demo labs, Chefs can provide an interactive demonstration with two-way communication taking place with the culinary students. This open communication creates an enriching experience loaded with information and learning.

The LCI demo labs provide the lecturer or chef with a raised counter with an adjoining lower counter/bar area for guests. The demo labs also feature high-end production equipment, and the passageway walls are glassed for an outside view of the demonstration area.
