Disney Culinary Quick Bites 

Disney Culinary Quick Bites is a culinary program that recruits Culinary and Baking & Pastry students from Louisiana Culinary Institute. During this culinary program students learn transferable skills and acquire industry experience with one of the most admired hospitality companies around the world. 

Chef Pauli Milotte the Culinary Recruiter for Walt Disney World is visiting Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge from September 23-24, 2024. His presentation  is open to LCI alumni, current LCI students and prospective students.
