Located at 10550 Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, LA, the Louisiana Culinary Institute is a state-of-the-art, culinary epicenter, consisting of various multi-use rooms, including:

• 3 demonstration labs, with internet enabled thin clients and ELMO cameras
  
• A general education classroom with overhead projector
  
• 2 baking and pastry labs, with internet enable thin clients and ELMO cameras
  
• A full service restaurant kitchen
• 1 project kitchen and 1 baking project kitchen
  
• A dining room which seats approximately 130 guests
  
• An Amphitheater with a high-end residential kitchen, ELMO camera and multi-use AV abilities
  
• A media center with a BizHub copier and 18 internet enabled thin clients

*Outside food and drinks CANNOT be brought in if renting an event space from LCI.
