There are not many jobs that can promise to have you off the clock by 7:30 so I believe this would be a good thing for a student. Again, we are the fine dining restaurant on campus. The only restrictions we have are budgetary, meaning we have complete autonomy to cook whatever we want as long as we don't exceed budget (and it tastes good). In addition to dinner service, we also do a Sunday brunch once a month (no dinner service that night) and a function we call Dine to the Nines where we serve high end food in a buffet style setting. Both events usually average between 150-180pp. There are more things that I believe would appeal to a student, or a graduate for that matter, and I am looking forward to speaking with some of you.     Responsibilities

    Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    · Monitor maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen area and kitchen equipment

    · Adhere to HACCP food safety procedures

    Qualifications

    Key knowledge, skills abilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
