Students that are eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony will be notified by LCI Administration. Students may not walk at the ceremony unless all requirements for graduation are complete, including internship requirements if applicable. Students must have a $0 balance in order to successfully complete a degree program and receive a copy of the degree.
In preparation for graduation please ensure that you have completed the following steps:
Step 1: Successfully complete all coursework with passing grades including any required make-up classes.
Step 2: Pass written final and Practical Examination.
Step 3: Complete your Graduate Exit Questionnaire.
Step 4: Complete Financial Aid Exit Counseling
Step 5: Confirm graduation eligibility, date, and time of ceremony. Details will be available approaching the ceremony date.
Step 6: RSVP yourself and your guests for graduation. Guests are limited to 4 persons per graduate.
Step 7: Be prepared and on time for graduation. Graduation is held on campus, 10550 Airline Highway, Baton Rouge, LA 70816.
Graduation Candidates should wear their student chef coats, which should be clean and pressed for the event. The Institute’s dress code will be in effect, mandating neck ties and plain white undershirts.
Make-Up and loose hair is allowed for the graduation ceremony.
