Join Chef Jeanne Mancuso for a hands-on workshop focused on the differences between puff pastry and blitz pastry from scratch. She will teach you how to prepare a laminated dough, as well as perfecting your rolling, shaping and proofing skills. At the end of class, you'll go home with an array of delicious pastry, ready to enjoy!

Tickets are required to attend this event. Due to the nature of our leisure classes, walk-ins are not accepted. If redeeming a gift certificate, please call LCI at 225-769-8820.
If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
