This class will show you how to make easy, flavorful stews, soups and sauces from scratch. After this class, buying stews and soups will be a thing of the past. Item will be prepared to take home.

Learn how to fabricate a whole boneless chicken stuffed with rice dressing, and how to prepare Chicken Galantine stuffed with homemade chicken, fennel and sun-dried tomato sausage. A boning knife and cook's knife will be required for this class - so bring your own. Take home your creations.


Pasta-Possibilities - $125

If you like pasta, then this class is for you! Chef will guide you in making homemade flavored pasta dough. You will learn to roll, form and fill the pasta, as well as get tips on cooking, storing and tasty pasta dishes. Take home your creations.
