Diabetic Cooking - $125

This class teaches how to prepare delicious food that is also suited for a diabetic menu.
Participants will learn how to prepare Spring Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chipotle Grilled Pork with Mango Salsa, and White Chocolate Panna Cotta.


Knife Skills with Main Proteins - $125

Chef Derrick will guide you in preparing a complete meal using the boning, paring and chef's knives. You will need to bring your own knives to this class. You will learn how to prepare Fish en Papillote, Stuffed Trussed Rosemary Chicken, and Coffee Rubbed Tenderloin.


German Style Cooking - $125
