Sample gastronomic delights created by local award-winning chefs and their eateries while supporting the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens and the Louisiana Culinary Institute.
Signature dishes will be created with farm products unique to the Red Stick area and Louisiana. When you put down your fork and pick up a wine glass, you’ll be toasting student and professional chefs from LCI who will go head-to-head in cooking competitions. Then you can enjoy the gardens with a little music and dancing under the stars.
